Chromatec

Chromatec is the brand name for color transfer media used to create comps, props, packaging and lettering. Another common color transfer brand name is Letraset. At Ambient Graphics, we use a technology similar to Chromatec to create our color transfers.

Color Transfers are also known as dry transfers, rubdowns, ruboffs, chromatecs, INTs and letrasets. Color transfers are created when we print a logo and a graphic design to a transfer paper and then burnish down to transfer the logo and graphics to various media, such as wood, metal, and plastic.

If you send us your design and layouts by noon, we can send you the finished product the same day. If the design or layouts reach us after noon, you will receive the finished product the next day. You can reach us via phone or fax, in case of a query.
